Letters of Vitality started while I was finding my way back from a very hectic time in my life: 30-pound weight gain, acne and inflamed skin, gut problems and stress overload. I reversed it all, on my own- and share what worked—so you can make it yours, one step at a time.

I didn’t become “healed” overnight. It happened the slow, natural way—one honest change at a time. A few years back I was up 30 pounds, tired all the time, and overwhelmed. I exercised, I tried to be “good,” and still felt off. 

So, I did what I’ve always done when something matters: I researched. I read periodicals and case studies, books, and took notes like a student of my own life. I wanted the truth, not the marketing. Little by little, it came together. This was not easy or overnight, though.

I learned about the harms of fragrance during my research and removed all the added fragrance from my home and body care, and then in my household, too. This was a huge move for me since I used fragrance in almost everything. I think the biggest difference was when I made this move. I also rebuilt meals around real food—protein, fiber, and healthy fats—and paid attention to how my skin and energy responded. For fitness, I walked a lot. For my skin problems, I chose non-toxic skincare that supported what my skin was already doing, instead of trying to force it to be something else. With the weight loss I noticed skin laxity, so I learned how to properly start face taping, so that I could support my face lifting and wrinkle prevention goals, since my face was now a lot thinner.  And I stuck with it- all of it.

The results were real and steady. The 30 pounds came off slowly, but once they did, they stayed off. My skin cleared. My energy came back. I no longer rely on any medications. My days feel lighter and more focused, not because I found a miracle, but because I found a routine that actually fits a real life.

Letters of Vitality is the manual I wish I had at the beginning. It’s fragrance detox that feels practical. It’s skin-supportive recipes you’ll actually make, the kind that help keep skin calm and clear., but are so delicious you’ll want to eat them all the time. It’s face taping used as anti-aging maintenance—to support the natural, beautiful features you already have and love. I don’t follow trends and the hype. These are all small, repeatable choices that add up in a major way.

I’m here to share what worked for me so you can try it out and find what fits you—one swap, one recipe, one calmer step at a time. If something I’ve learned saves you a little time or helps your skin breathe easier, then this is working.

Wellness, for me, is freedom: feeling comfortable in my skin, clear in my mind, and present in my own life. I want that for you, too.
